BGC Vista and Champions for Health - Free Flu Shot Clinic

Join us Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 8am to 12pm for a Free Flu Shot Clinic Sponsored by Champions for Health in the Boys & Girls Club of Vista parking lot at 410 W. California Avenue in Vista, Ca. All are welcome; we hope to see you there!

-Mask required.

-Everyone qualifies (4yrs + and pregnant women), uninsured people encouraged to attend.

-We provide proof of vaccination, enter record into San Diego Immunization Registry (SDIR), and let your medical provider know you received a flu shot.

-Free hot chocolate and coffee donated by The Rush Coffee will be available while supplies last.
