The Linda Rhoades Program is a comprehensive, free sports program designed to enhance athletic skills, deepen understanding of game rules, refine practice techniques, and promote emotional wellness. This program caters to athletes of all levels and aims to provide a holistic approach to sports training, ensuring not just physical growth but also mental and emotional resilience.
January 8th - February 28th: Triple Play- Mind, Body, Soul: an introduction to sports recreation and healthy lifestyles.
March 3rd - March 28th: Open Sports
6 week cycles Monday - Friday 4pm-6pm
