Our Embrace-A-Family program was established to provide additional support to Club Families from our sites at a time of year that can be difficult. Club families interested in participating provide a wish list for each family member and then are matched with a local sponsor. If you would like to spread some holiday cheer and sponsor a Club Family, please complete the Holiday Donor Registration Form linked below or scan the QR Code above.

If you don’t have time to make it to the store to shop but would still like to make a difference in your community this holiday season, make a donation to directly support the Embrace-a-Family and we'll go shopping for you!
November
Boys & Girls Club of Vista Club families complete the Embrace-a- Family - Family Application.
Generous donors team up with family and friends to sprinkle some holiday cheer in their community by pledging to support a family size of their choosing.
Donors will be contacted prior to the Thanksgiving holiday on 11/28 to allow ample time to shop with provided family wish lists from their matched family.
December
Donors may wrap their gifts prior to drop off OR if preferred, donor can bring unwrapped gifts to the Boys & Girls Club of Vista along with a list or individually labeled items to indicate each intended recipient. Our volunteers will then take care of wrapping!
Please note unwrapped items MUST be dropped off no later than, Friday, December 6th and wrapped items MUST be dropped off no later than Friday, December 13th.
BGC Vista staff arrange for families to receive their gifts and take home to put under their family's tree!
