The Boys & Girls Club of Vista offers a myriad of healthy lifestyles programs for boys and girls ages 5-18.
These programs develop young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors to nurture their well-being, set personal goals and grow into self-sufficient adults.
SMART Moves is a prevention and education program addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use, anger management and gang resistance. This program is sponsored in part by the City of Vista.
Project FUN is a daily fitness activities focusing on staying active and understanding the power of choice in nutrition sponsored by the Rite Aid Foundation
Sports programs help Club members develop physical fitness, reduce stress and promote a positive use of leisure time, appreciation for the environment and interpersonal skills. The Boys & Girls Club of Vista offers sports at four middle schools in Vista & Oceanside and offer basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball and cross country. The Boys & Girls Club of Vista also offers a competitive sports leagues for volleyball and futsal. More information about our athletic programs can be found at here.
